NEXT eTRA MEETING
Wed 21st Jan 2009 at 7pm
The next meeting of the tenants & residents association is an "enhanced" one.
That is to say, it is one of the quarterly ones that council, Hackney Homes and Pinnacle officers attend. At the Alf Partridge Community Hall on the corner of Prout & Casimir Rds.

GREAT NEWS! BIKE SHELTER GOES AHEAD!
UPDATE 20 Jan 09
The info below is basically correct except it may take
a little longer than expected to go ahead
as the "approved contractor" I got quotes from is no longer
on the list so more quotes have to be asked for from one that is.
We have finally got the OK from Hackney Homes for the EIB partial funding needed for the bike shelter. The rest of the funds we already have from the Tenants Levy Special Projects Grant.
That means the bike shelter should go in within the next few weeks.
It is already over subscribed but you are welcome to add your name to the list.

BIN stick-on artwork news
Below are a couple of my latest visuals for the bin artwork.
I have used photos I took at our last estate day out to Kew Gardens.
I will be going over the design of each bin around the estate at the next meeting so if you have an idea or something to say that is the ideal time.
