NOTICE of section 184 works
(resident directed communal improvements)
To all residents and leaseholders of the Beecholme Estate
3 items as follows:
- Anti-climb spinners on a drainpipe on the wall adjacent to the lift lobby entrance on the 5 storey block, to stop people climbing up to the first floor balcony = £268.75
- Minor repair to window ledge, next to pipe, also used to climb up the first floor = £101.96.
- Fitting of a security light for the bike shelter. The TRA has already bought the light, so it is just the fitting =
£300(estimate). UPDATE NOV: = £441.23
